| The site is a wooded lot with an easement and large setback requirements. These constraints created a significant challenge for the programmatic requirements of the new home. Creating a design that maximized views to the lake was the concept of the design. A two-stall garage was required for the house which was separated by the deck and trellis structure above. |

| The great room is adjacent to a large rear deck that is partially covered in strategic locations. The living, dining and kitchen area is a bright space with views in every direction. The outdoor spaces, consisting of an outdoor bedroom, screened-in porch, and large deck, connects the house with the tree canopy. This is a house that anyone would find incredibly relaxing. |
